is important to us and we want you to be as comfortable as possible when
at our premises, visiting or using our website or app (“Sway Studio"). This privacy policy
(“Privacy Policy”) explains (i) how we use your personal information, (ii) the type of
personal information that we receive and collect when you use any of the
features offered from time to time at Sway Studio, (iii) how we
continuously endeavor to protect your personal information, and (iv) use
of CCTV (where applicable). This Privacy Policy applies to Sway Studio
inclusive on any services offered by us from time to time even if not
mentioned under this Privacy Policy.

If you make a payment for any of our services at Sway Studio, the credit
and debit card details you are asked to submit will be provided directly
to our third party payment provider via a secured connection. Credit and
debit card details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to

information to third parties in the normal course of doing business, and
we will not use this information for third party marketing purposes unless
approved by you. We may share generic aggregated information not linked to

Once you register as a member, purchase a package, book a class, or cancel a class we will send you a confirmation to your registered email address. We may also use your email address to send updates, newsletters, or other news related to Sway Studio. You may elect to unsubscribe from these type of emails by following opt-out instructions contained in such emails or by changing your notification settings in your accounts under Sway studio. You may contact us by email or telephone. Our email correspondence may be kept as a record of your contact with us, and to enable us to respond to any queries that you may have. We do not record telephone conversations or calls that you make to us.
Any CCTV that might be installed at Sway Studio, is purely for the sake of monitoring building security and assisting in crime prevention and detection. We operate our CCTV in accordance with the guidelines issued by the United Arab Emirates authorities. We collect required data as part of our role as a service provider to you, and to ensure the health and safety of our staff, members, and visitors. We will not hold images for longer than necessary and will dispose of them securely.
We may take photographs or movie shots of the premises, classes, events, and other relevant activities. You will be included in these photographs, either individually or as a group, only after obtaining your permission. We reserve the right to use such photographs or movie shots for press or promotional purposes unless you instruct us otherwise.
You can access and review your personal information through your personal account on Sway Studio website and mobile application. If your personal information changes in any way, or is incorrectly presented, you should immediately update or correct your personal information, in case you do not update any of your information you confirm that Sway studio shall not be held liable whether directly or indirectly.
The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently visit the Privacy Policy in order to be updated about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted through Sway Studio.
